1. Because I can have anything I want to eat afterward.
2. Because if I do I get to sleep in (7 instead of 6) tomorrow.
3. Because if I don’t like the gut, I need to Do Things about it or at least to keep it from growing.
4. Because it will help me sleep better tonight despite present Ted-less state.
5. Because I’ll get to hear the next chapter of Rewards and Fairies on the iPod.
6. Because I have to anyway and it might as well be now.
7. Because it’s payback from skipping it this morning.
8. Because if I don’t now, I’ll have to do it tomorrow and then I have four days in a row with no day off.
