Well, crap. Family member, one I'm close to, tumor just removed is cancerous. I really don't like it when doctors use words like "rare and aggressive". (Of course, I'd hate it a lot more if they restricted information and didn't use those words when they're indicated for use.) I feel pretty helpless - I can't have him stay with me and can't really go stay with him either (not without quitting my job, leaving my husband and possibly paying a humongous tax burden if I go back to the US now).

2007 is really not a good year to have been related to me, either by blood or by marriage.
