dichroicThis is cleverly done, from the webpage for the Golden Compass movie. The cleverest part is that that daemons can change, based on people's opinions. Amusingly, my daemon is named Alexius, which I could probably have told you though in less flattering terms from about the age of five on. (Could be worse. It took two tries to work right, and the first time the daemon was named Klitius. Klitius? I ask you, is that any kind of name for a familiar? At least Alexius only inspires sibling jokes.)
At the moment it's an ocelot, which I wouldn't mind except that nearly half the people who do this seem to get some sort of wild cat and ocelots are depressingly common. Also, why is everybody described as "modest and humble"? I'm pretty sure that not *all* the people I've seen doing this meme fit that description. Probably not me. Still, clever and fun.
