dichroic | the book – next phase

Copy edits have been returned to me. Am plunging into review. Please send wine and pretzels.

They want it back by the 18th; I talked them into a deadline of the 27th – that’s to go over edits to the entire book. It’s just minor copy edits this time; the big stuff has already been done. But they also need me to edit every single graphic in the book – remove title, change to black and white, and so on. I still don’t quite know how people manage who write entire books and edit them while holding day jobs. (This is ironic since a friend and I have been punting around the idea of a completely book. However, if we do it I firmly expect that to take a good couple of years to finish, at least, as she’s even busier.)
