accomplished
Jun. 15th, 2010 10:06 pmToday I:
- biked to work and back again (after a hard row yesterday too, involving my friend L's version of endurance training that basically has her playing greyhound to my hare)
- wrote one poem (finished one I began yesterday, rather) and submitted two
- began reading slush for Every Day Poets
- finished the patterned section of my sock - just eleven rows of corrugated (two-color) ribbing and I'm done
- turned in a counter-counter-offer on the house
I also did a metric crap-ton of work at the job I'm actually paid to do, but somehow the above feel more like real accomplishments - I did them and they're done, with no need to cajole anyone else to take the next step and no worry that they won't.
